Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 4, 2016 .

3. Mayoral Appointment: Sealer of Weights and Measures
Vote to re-appoint Fletcher Waldron as Sealer of Weights and Measures for a two-year term to expire December 15, 2017.

6. Tax Refunds
Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the refunds indicated on the list dated 1/8/2016.
7. Sewer Tax Refunds
Acting herein as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the refunds indicated on the list dated 1/8/2016.
8. Emergency Management Performance Grant
Vote to adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and deliver all documents necessary to enter an agreement with the State of CT, Dept. of Emergency Services, for an Emergency Management Performance Grant.
9. Building Dept. Report
Vote to accept the Building Department report for the month of December 2015.
10. Department Heads
Vote to consider business presented by Department Heads.
11. Business: Mayor & Members
Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the City Council.
